*I walk over to Booth*

'you with it brother?, sit still RA is enrt to help you out'

'Yeah, I'm fine a little hurt but he mainly kicked me in vest and got me one good time with a punch in the face I was pulling out my baton and the next thing bang i'm on the ground calling for backup'

I hear sirens

*I look up*

see the 2 RA units pull up

*I key up my mic*

"Delta 101 Dispatch, both RA's are 10-23"

paramedic walks up to booth & starts talking to him

"Delta 101 to Delta 121, can you respond here for transport to jail"

'Hey Sergeant, I'm Jerry cole with Broward County Fire Rescue'
'Hey I am Sergeant Shawn Booth with BCSO'
'Nice to meet you, so what happened?'
'Well I was pulling out of the station when the suspect almost collided into my car, I threw my lights and sirens on and he pulled over, he got out I ordered him back in, he refused and kept walking towards me I tried getting my baton when I got knocked down'
'Alright did he punch you or hit you with an object?'
'Punched me then kicked me but my vest took the hits'
'Alright you ready to go with me to the hospital?'
'Yeah, lets go'

*He helps me up and we walk to the ambulance, I then grab my mic*

"303 is out of service en route to the hospital, 101 can you just park my car in the station for me?"

"10-4 Delta 121 is incoming. Give me 4 minutes, code 1."

'yep, will do sgt'

*I walk over to the suspect*

paramedic: 'well he took 1 hell of a hit, what caused this big dent in his car?'

'well when i arrived i took him out like a line backer & that is where we landed, is he clear?'

Paramedic: 'Yes he is cleared'

'good'

*I look at the suspect & start reading him his rights*

as I am finishing reading his rights I look back to see Nick pulling up

*I get out and walk over to Nate.*
'Someone call for back up?'

*Paramedic straps me onto the stretcher and we go to the hospital*

'Yep, can you take him to county lockup please, Sgt went to the hospital,
suspects vehicle is going to be towed & i am pulling sgts car back into the complex'

*I get into sgt's car & pull it back into the parking lot*

*I park the car & get out & go back over to the scene*

*I get back into my patrol car & start driving towards the hospital*

"Delta 101 will be inservice from the call, en-route to hospital will be busy have CHP handle calls at this time"

*I arrive at the hospital & park my vehicle & go into the er*

receptionist: 'can I help you?'

'yes my sgt was brought in by ems a little while ago'

Receptionist: 'ok you can go back, Trauma RM 4'

'Thanks'

*I walk back to the trauma room & see sgt laying there on the gerney*

'hey sgt how you feeling?'

"Delta 101 to 121, if you could that would be great & I will follow up with a supplemental"

*I put the suspect into my car and drive over to central lock up.*
((I need to do the report right?))

"All units are clear from the officer down call?"

"Delta 121 is clear."

"10-4 121 can you head to the intersection of Day Blvd. at south ave. for a report of a man and a woman arguing, caller states that the male is wearing a yellow shirt and the female is wearing a black bikini"

'10-4 Delta 121 in route."
*I start my car up and begin to the dispute.*

"10-4"

*I pull up onscene, grab my pepper spray and extra cuffs and walk grab my radio.*
"Delta 121 onscene, request assistance, this looks physical."

"10-4 any units available to assist?"

"303 heading code 3 to assist 121"

*I hit my lights and sirens on and fly towards the scene, a minute later I arrive and jump out of my car with my tazer to assist nick*

*I walk over to the couple fighting.*
Me: 'Excuse me, but may I ask what is this about?'
Man: 'Yeah this bit$h wont give me or son.'
Me: 'Ok well sir, do you have custody?'
Woman (Butting in) 'No I don't trust him anyway!'
Man: 'You little BIT$H I will find you and kill you you little wh@r&!'
Me: 'Sir calm down. Do you have the papers with you.'
Woman: 'NO You don't I have them right here!'
*She pulls out a folder with some ruffled up papers.*
Man:' Them papers ain't real these are.'
*He pulls out a paper.*
Me: 'Ok give me a minute.'
*I take 5 steps away as I see Booth pull up.*
"Command Delta 121, uhhhhh, we have a problem we have 2 sets of custody papers, runn' 'em now."
'Hey Booth can you check these for me?'
*I hand him the papers*

*I take the papers*
'Sure give me a minute'

*I walk over to my car, and sit down and look at the paperwork, and notice they're both fake, so I look up the parents in the mobile database and find out that none of them have custody of the child, I get out of my car and I walk over to Nick and whisper to him*

'Hey, none of these 2 have custody of the child, the grandmother does which happens to be the mom's mom'

*I whisper back to Booth*
'Tell Command that, I will turn my radio down.'
*I turn my radio down and walk back to the family.*
Me: 'Well my other deputy here *I point to Booth* has run the papers and they are both fake.'
Man: ' YOU litttle Mother F$#@er'
*He charges toward Booth. I quicky step in front of him.*
Me: 'Sir, please calm down.'
Man: 'F$#@ you You little A_ _ Hole!
*I fell a sudden crushing feeling slams me in the head. I fall on my back and see a bloody brick on the ground next to me.*
Me: 'CRAP!!! moaning..............'

*The guy then comes towards me and I prepare myself and I step back as he charges towards me and the female runs, he tries punch me and I dodge the hit I then grab his right arm and twist it behind his back and trip him backwards he lands on his belly and I pull my tazer and shoot him with it he gives up and I cuff him*

"303 303, We need an ambulance and immediate police assistance 10-13 10-13 officer down one suspect in custody and the female party with her baby are running west on Day Blvd"

*I holster my tazer and get the cords out of his back and quickly throw him in my backseat I then run over to Nick*

'Nick, Nick, stay with me assistance is on its way'

"303 we need backup now dammit"

"We need all units to head to Day Blvd. at South Avenue for an officer down with serious injuries, one suspect under and one running west on day blvd. Fire rescue is en route a long with every local police officer and a chopper is en route"

'Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh It hurts. Don't let them get away and watch that kid.'
*I begin to feel myself blacking out.*
