Patrol Area. Respond to 911 calls and Routine Patrol here

*I arrive at work and walk into the station, I grab my patrol car keys and I head out to my car*

"Sierra 303 show me available and patrolling"

*I start my car up and head out for another day of patrol*

"10-4 Sierra 303 is patrolling"

*I walk out to my patrol car & hit the unlock on the key, get in & start her up*

I take a deep breath & smell that new car smell....

*I pull out of the parking lot, pick up the mic & key up*

"Delta 101 Dispatch, Inservice Patrolling"

"10-4 Delta 101 and Sierra 303 we have a man in burger king at 439 west coast ave. he is refusing to leave and is possibly drunk, manager wants him removed"

"10-4 Delta 101, Responding Code 1"

*I click my lights on & start that way*

"Sierra 303 is also en route code 2"

*I put my lights on and start driving to burger king*

"10-4 303 and 101 are en route"

"Sierra 303, is pulling up on scene now"

*I turn my lights off and pull into a parking spot, and I step out of my vehicle putting my hat on*

"10-4, Sierra 303 is on scene"

*I pull into the parking lot of burger king, & pick up the mic*

"Delta 101 dispatch, on scene"

*I park my patrol vehicle & exit*

as I am walking towards the store I see Booth turn into the parking lot

*We both walk into Burger King and I walk up to the counter*

'Hey, Sheriffs Office, whats the problem here?'
'That guy over there *points to a white man in his early 30's wearing a red shirt* ordered food 10 minutes ago he paid and we gave him his food, he went and sat down, got a phone call and started screaming at the person on the phone he hung up and we asked him to leave, and he refused so we called 911'
'Alright so you want him to leave, correct'
'Yes, sir'

*I talk to Nate*

'Alright lets get this guy out of here'

'sounds like a plan to me'

*I walk over to the booth where the male is sitting eating his burger*

'Sir, I am deputy McIntyre from the Sheriffs Office, the staff here stated that you are refusing to leave is that correct'

Male: Yes man

'Sir, I am afraid that you are gonna have to leave, now you can get your meal to go or we can put cuffs on you & haul you down to the county lockup your choice'

*I look at Sgt Booth*

thinking to myself I hope he takes the easy way

'Yeah I know me too, I don't really want to arrest today'

*I talk to the suspect*

'So sir get up and leave or you will be leaving in cuffs you have 30 seconds to make up your mind'

Male gets up & picks up his food & walks out, he starts starring at the store employee on the way out

*walking behind the male to go outside*

'Sir eyes forward do not stop, do not say anything, you say anything you are going to jail'

*I walk up to the manager*

'Alright he is leaving for now but if he comes back and starts trouble call us back'
'Yes officer thank you'
'No Problem'

*I walk out behind Nate*

I see the male walk down the street

*I turn back to see booth walking out of the store*

'thank god he took the easy way'

'I know, hopefully he keeps walking, I told the manager to call us if he comes back so I hope we don't get that call if we do we're taking him in'

"Sierra 303 we're clear suspect is leaving"

'alright sounds good, I am going to pass by the school couple blocks over'

*I jump into my car & start to drive off*

"Operations to Delta-121 please head over to 746 E st. NW for a suspicious male sitting on the steps caller states that he knows the male is not supposed to be there since his ex-girlfriend has a restraining order against him"

"Sierra 303 will head over to that call with the 121, ETA 3 mins."

*I hit my lights and sirens and head over to the scene*

I hear the call go out

*I start towards 121's call, & pic up the mic*

"Delta 101 dispatch, I'll back Delta 121 on that call as well I am 2 blocks away, Responding Code 1"

"Sierra-303 show me in the area"

*I turn my lights and sirens off and drive in the area, where I see a male banging on the victims home*

"303 I am on scene have the other units get here now, he is banging on the victims door"

*I put my car in park and step out and put my hat on, I pull out my taser in case I need it and I walk towards the suspect*

'Sheriffs office put your hands up'

*I pull up & jump out*

I see booth has his tazer out & walking up to the male giving him commands.

"Delta 101 out with Siera 303"

*I unholster my duty weapon & start up from a different angle than booth just in case*

*He stares at me and doesn't raise his hands*

'Put your hands up now and face away from me or I will taze you to the ground, trust me you do not want to be tazed'

*He complies*

'Get on your knees and keep your hands up'
'I am not going down on my knees man'
'Get on your knees or lie face down or you're gonna be tazed'

"303 to other units we may need to tackle him down"
