*I look at booth*

'It does not look like there is anything to pick up the odor, so I am going to track it to see if we see someone & if they run Uno gets to play, sound good to you booth, nick you might want to take some equipment off this could be a long hike'

'Hey guys, I just arrived like 2 minutes ago looking for someone involved or looking for someone who knows something when I saw this car with bullet holes in the side and shattered windows I got out of my truck and came over here on the sidewalk and saw this blood, someone had to have gotten shot, so you guys want to go follow the blood trail and hopefully find the victim before its too late?'

'I got you Nate, Shaun, you want to enter the structure?'

*Uno & myself start walking northbound following the blood trail*

*I follow Nate and Uno with my sidearm out and ready to be used*

"Tengo 303, Tengo 121 and Kilo 901 are following the blood trail we'll update as needed, have fire rescue on stand by"

after 3 blocks & going into woods I see someone hunker down in the brush

*I draw my weapon & point it at the person*

YELLING: 'SHERIFFS OFFICE LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS, OR THE DOG WILL BE LET LOOSE, LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS, SHOW ME YOUR HANDS LAST WARNING, I WILL TURN THE DOG LOOSE'

*I get behind a fire hydrant and toss my pepper spray to Booth.*
'Here you might want that if you are going to cuff him I will cover you.'

suspect does not follow orders

*I release Uno, Uno runs & bites his leg*

male crying get him off, get him off

'show me your hands now'

"Kilo 901 dispatch 1 at gun point, 3 blocks north of dispatched location just inside the wooded area behind 1410"

*I grab the lease & yell a command to uno in german*

'FOOS'

"10-4 do you need fire rescue on scene?"

"negative, suspect still not in custody yet, he has been bitten have them stage with our patrol cars"

'booth you want to go ahead & cuff'

uno is barking & lunging towards the suspect

'FOOS, braffer hoont'

'10-4, cover me'

*I walk towards the suspect who is lying on the ground, I walk up from behind him and I put my knee on his back and grab my handcuffs and then I grab his right hand and cuff him and then his left'

"Suspect in custody send Fire Rescue to our exact 20"

'FOOS, braffer hoont'

'great job everyone'

"Kilo 901 request N-401 to location''

*I walk back to the car with uno, giving him a treat*

*I pull up my patrol car to the location, FD & EMS pulling up behind me*

"Kilo 901 dispatch, FD & EMS on location"

"10-4 fire rescue on location and N-401 come in"

*I roll down my window & look at booth*

'hey I am going to cut loose, I have that presentation at the school for the children then it is my weekend so I will not be in tomarrow, ok?'

*While sitting in my office looking over some paperwork, I hear the radio squak my call sign*
"N401, go"

'Alright Nate, thanks for the back up go ahead you can leave'

*I grab the suspects arm and walk him over to the ambulance*

"Yes sir 401 if your not occupied could you head over to the shots fired call to assist SWAT"

alright see yall in a couple of days... lol...

*I pull off & head to the school*

"Kilo 901 dispatch clear scene off duty, have a good weekend"

"10-4 sir, have a nice weekend"

*I sigh a bit at the thought of having to put off my paperwork, but, knowing there's officers facing a shots fired call, and knowing I'd want back-up if it was me on the line, I stand up and head for the door.*
"Roger, shots fired call to assist SWAT, can I get the address please?"

"F avenue, at 3rd st SW

*I reach my car, and turn it on before replying.*
"Roger Dispatch, F Avenue at 3rd Southwest."
*I back out of my spot, flick on the red and blues, and gun it out of the parking lot. As I hit the road, I turn the siren dial to Wail, and head for the call*

*I search the suspect and pull out his ID out of his wallet and he lives right at the intersection of where the shots were fired from so I unhandcuff the suspect as the paramedic puts him on the stretcher I then have another deputy cuff him and the deputy rides along with him to the hospital*

"303 to 401 meet us at that intersection our suspect here lives at the corner house on the west side of the street we're gonna knock on the door and see if anyone is there and try to search it for a gun, I didn't find one on him or around him"

"tengo 303 we'll call the county court house and get a search warrant we'll have a dectective bring it over to you so the defense can't claim it was an illegal search"
