*I holster my weapon, go up from behind*

*I force the guy to the ground*

'give me your hands now, Stop resisting'

*I holster my weapon and help Nate*

*I grab his right arm and bend it behind his back*

'Dude he is just a kid' *I say to Nate*

'What are you like 19, 20?'

*He doesn't answer me*

Booth comes up & helps out

*I grab my cuffs & place them on him*

*I grab the kids arm and I pull him up so he is standing*

'Hey kid, you know you're not supposed to be here'
*No response*
'You want to play that way thats fine man, lets walk over to the cars'
*I say to Nate*
'I'll take him to my car, see if anyone is in the house if not lets question the caller and get the phone number for the occupant of this house'

*I walk up to the door & notice the back door is open*

"Siera 303 I have a back door, I am going to check it out"

*I walk around to the back yard*

as I round a corner a female comes out from the garage with a shovel swinging

'wo wo wo, sheriffs office I am here to help you, he is in custody'

female: 'thank god, i filed for a protection order on him a week ago when he started pounding on my door i grabbed our daughter & brought her out here'

'alright, well we have him in cuffs'

"Siera 303 i have the female in the back yard i will bring her to the front momentairly"

"10-4"

*I search the suspect and find nothing on him, so I sit him in my car and read him his rights*

"303 suspect in custody"

*I walk around to the front of the residence carrying a 2 year old*

female follows

*I walk over to Nate and the victim*

'Hi Mam, are you alright?'
'Yeah yeah, now I am'
'Well he is in the back of my car and he is going to be charged with violation of the protection order'

'Well, he isn't cooperating with us at all, could you tell us his name?'

'And how old is he, he looks like he's just a kid'

'okay that explains it and what happened between the 2 of you to cause this order?'
'Well we went on one date and he kept calling me I told him I went back with my Ex which is my babies father and he flipped out and actually broke out all of my windows in my car and spray painted my car'

*I return from my vehicle with child in hand & a stuffed animal*

*I pull up to the school & park my patrol vehicle*

while running mobile radar I see a White Dodge Avenger go thru the school zone at 45 MPH

*I turn around & activate my warning lights*

*I pull up behind it, & put my patrol vehicle in park & grab the mic*

"Delta 101 Dispatch, Traffic Stop Murrow St & E 150th Rd, License L854897 CA Plate, White Dodge Avenger, 1 Occupant"

*I exit the vehicle & approach the vehicle*

'Morning Sir, I am deputy McIntyre from sheriff's office, the reason I stopped you was cause you were speeding thru the school zone back there, I got you clocked in at 45 mph, are you in a rush to get somewhere?'

Male: 'sorry deputy, I am trying to get to my home, I made it all the way to work & forgot my presentation for my meeting this morning, so I am trying to get it & get back before 11.'

'alright, I need your drivers license & vehicle insurance please'

*I walk back to my car & get in, pick up the mic & key up*

"Delta 101 inservice, UTT speed"

*I start patrolling*

"Any available unit we have a possible robbery in progress, the victim is a white male, upper 20's at the corner of 1st and K st. the suspect is wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and is an hispanic male upper teens low 20's"

"Copy 121 is responding code 2. Request a position of a good staging area near there."
* I push the throttle practically through the floor as I hit my lights as the truck speeds up to 95.*

"no need for staging, just head over there suspect may have fled the area"

"Delta 121 copies, are any intercepter units in route? I can't catch him in my truck if he has a fast set of wheels."

"Caller stated that he was on foot"

"10-4 Delta 121 has sight of the suspect."
*I throw open my door and unholster my M1911.*
'POLICE, HANDS WHERE I CAN SEE 'EM!'
*The suspect drops a bag and keeps running.*
'I SAID HANDS UP OR YOU WILL BE SHOT!'
*The suspect throws his hands up and gets on his knees. I slowly begin to get closer to the suspect, gun still drawn. As I get closer to him I holster my weapon and pull out my cuffs as I cuff him. I read him his rights and I put him in the back of my truck. After I shut the door I walk over to get the bag. I put it next to me, in the passenger seat. I kill the lights and put my truck in drive again.*
"Delta 121 has the suspect in custody, code 4 all other inbound units."
*I drive back to the station.*

"10-4 suspect in custody"

*I drive out of the station for more patrol*

"Sierra-303 is available"

*I pull out of the lot when a white charger almost crashes into me*

"303 show me out on a traffic stop with a white charger outside of the station"

*I hit my lights on and hit the siren, vehicle stops quick and immediately steps out of the car towards me, I step out*

'Sir get back in the car, now'
*he doesn't, and I pull out my baton when the guy runs up on me and starts punching me in the stomach and face, I grab my mic*

"303 10-13, I repeat 10-13 Officer down and needs immediate assistance"

*I am out patrolling*

I hear the call of officer down come across the radio

"Delta 101 Responding Code 3"

* I click on my sirens & lights & put my foot to the floor, blowing stop signs*

*I round the corner & see Booth out fighting with someone, I throw my car in park & jump out*

"Delta 101 10-23 with 303"

*I start running towards booth, the guy is above him kicking him, I am running & just plow drive him into the back end of his vehicle*

"10-4 101 can we get more units code 3, until further notice, we also have EMS en route, in which 303 will need to go to the hospital as per procedure"

*I wrestle a little bit with the guy but get him into cuffs, I stand up & key up the mic*

"Delta 101 Dispatch, Request RA x2 1 for 101, he is conscouis & breathing but not alert, 2nd for suspect to be checked out, all other units can slow we are code 4 1 in custody,

*As Nate cuffs the guy I open my eyes and sit up against the front of my cruiser, trying to regain my strength, since I got blindsided*

"10-4 101 fire rescue is enroute, and other units can slow it down suspect in custody tow is also en route"
