Description of Incident:
Officers Responded to Burger King at listed address for a male refusing to leave the establishment & who was intoxicated.
Officers arrived & made contact with manager who stated that the male in the booth that she pointed out
had answered his phone & started screaming. RP advised she had asked him to leave 2 times before calling
sheriffs office.

Officers made contact with male & advised him he would have to leave the establishment or be taken to jail.
officers observations were that the male was not intoxicated.
male complied with order & left establishment with no incident.
